Aquila is an American brand known for its range of medium-sized motor catamarans. But the smaller, stern-powered catamarans are also interesting as an idea.
The latest generation of powerful, lightweight and highly advanced Mercury Verado outboard engines offers more decks and living space than its single hull rivals. For example, the Aquila 32 is 1ft wider than the Greenline NEO of similar size.

This means a handy deck, which is extremely spacious and offers a pleasant seating area. Most of the seating groups can be turned and folded for the purpose of cruising, dining or sunbathing.
Thanks to its deep hulls, it offers ample space for a large double cabin and a bathroom that is accessed by a separate staircase from the deck.

With its comfortable backrest at the head, an optional roof and a cleverly positioned cockpit that provides access to a submerged swimming platform, it is an ideal boat to enjoy at 32 anchors. The swim platform surrounds the outboard engines and automatically descends with the platform to allow easy entry into the sea. Robust chrome railings around the engines act as handles while moving on the stern.
Machine options include 225hp, 250hp or 300hp. The speed with the largest machines will be just under 40 knots. The Aquila 32 is a different boat, but it also has an extremely well thought-out package.
