by R6, the model of the Italian Evo Yachts, which attracts attention wherever it is seen, has almost more parts than Swedish army knifes. The width of the 18-meter boat, which is likened to a Transformers, reaches 7.30 meters with the piece that comes out from under the floor and mates with it, while the handrails extend outward.
The boat, which is loved for adapting to the times and needs, is the biggest of Evo’s R series. With 40 percent extensible surfaces, the R6’s aft deck creates an area of 25.08 square meters in 30 seconds with a single touch. The boat, which is a favorite of parties, has a capacity of 16 people.
The stern platform of the R6 is also quite surprisingly designed. The middle part rises up, making it easier to get on the boat, to put the sea toys back into the water and to dive, together with the ladder that comes out and can move up to 270 degrees. There are two more prominent hatches on the swim platform. Small toys such as sea glasses can be stored here, too.
When the stern cover of the R6, which has a sun mat on it, is removed, a 2.85-meter tender garage can be seen under it. In addition, considering the safety of children and animals during the cruise, lock extensions are hidden on the sunbathing mat to prevent approaching the aft platform after it.
CRUISER COMFORT ON OPEN BOAT The Evo R6 has open boat lines, but it has the comfort of a cabin cruiser. The cockpit, protected by an optional hard-top, is arranged so that the captain can socialize as well. There is a command post on the starboard front. Behind it is the cousin.
A comfortable seating group has been placed right on the pier. When you go down to the lower deck in standard equipment, a large sitting group on the starboard and a cooker on the port again welcomes you.
A galley can be placed on both the main and lower decks of the R6. Two double and one single cabins are planned on the boat. The top speed of the boat, which can be preferred with a 625 HP Volvo IPS 800 engine or a 725 HP Volvo IPS 950 engine each, reaches 38 knots.
In all Evo’s boats, the systems can be controlled manually from the touch screen on the console, applications or in case of power cuts. Evo Yachts was created in 2014 by Neapolitan yacht designer Valerio Rivellini with luxury yacht refit firm Blue Emme Yachts.
